I am confused by the policy wording about the 3/1 change.
I bought a ticket on Acela regional - reserved coach for travel on 3/29. The ticket says:
1 RESERVED COACH SEAT
$44.00
Ticket Terms & ConditionsNOT VALID ON OTHER DATES/TRAINSNON-REFUNDABLE, EXCHANGES PERMITTED FOR OTHER RAIL FARE PURCHASES

However, the new refund rule says:
For all reserved Coach class and Acela Express Business class reservations, you must cancel your reservation at least 24 hours prior to the train's scheduled departure in order to be eligible for a full refund.

So, if I cancel it now, I can only get an e-voucher for the full value?
If I cancel it after 3/1, can I get a full cash refund (or the e-voucher)?
