Yes, and I highly recommend the museum. It's not huge, but it's everything that you expect Studio Ghibli to do and even more.
I had trouble reserving/buying the tickets at the Lawson machines, so in the end engaged the help of the Concierge at the hotel where I was staying to collect the tickets for me.
