Just a thought, seems like it would work.
If the OP has AAA, they can go there instead of a travel agent. At least in my area, AAA uses Delta Vacations for in-office bookings and doesn't charge any booking fees. Online and phone bookings are through Travelocity and Disney packages are through Disney Vacations.
