Barcelona and nearby towns. For more warmth, spend a few days going south to Valencia or even Alicante. Or go toward Seville.

Lisbon and some time elsewhere (Porto?) in Portugal would also be good.

Toulouse and Bordeaux.

Much of the French Riviera will still be closed for the season. Early May is my favorite time there.

Most Greek resorts are also still closed for the season. I think two weeks in Athens would be too long.

Argentina? It's cheap now if you change money at blue rates and pay cash. With two weeks, you could see Buesnos Aires, the Falls, and Mendoza, maybe one other place.
