Without going into a lot of engineering detail, suffice it to say that my 20" Hartmann is just built wrong.
The wheels are on the main body and the front feet are on the half (the lid) that swings open when you unzip the bag.
Which means, if you have any weight in the bag, or have a computer bag on top of it, the thing sags and falls over.
The feet and wheels should be on the same rigid component, like my 22" Briggs and Riley.
The only thing my Hartmann has going for it is the piece of paper that I keep in the front zip pocket... an e-mail from someone in the MM office certifying that the bag is overhead-compliant.
I've never tried, but I strongly anticipate that it is not Size-Wise compliant.
