Add'l cardholder spend counts toward the primary cardholder's MilesBoost spend. It's all just one big acccount. You can gift the Reserve MQMs to another SM account, but you do not get any extra from having add'l cardholders.

If your girlfriend were to open her own Reserve account/card, and pay the separate AF, then she could spend 60K on her own and earn her own 30k MQM.
