caught the last one.. really dirty, really really dirty... cancelling after a week... I usually do stay in the SEA area for overnight hotels, mistake or not, this one is off the list...
what we need, really need is DoT protection for hotel fares, similar to air fares, had anyone booked this hotel as part of a package it would have been covered by 399.88... I feel like at sometime we need consumer protections, yes this was clearly a mistake, but after a week? somethings need to let stand...

wonder how does one get new regulation... might have to look into the process, letter to DoT, congressman/woman... again this is NOT about this deal, but in general, there needs to be some consumer protection to avoid the unilateral nature of some of these hotel T&Cs...
