I have the personal card, and the miles have transferred over automatically; I'm not sure whether the business card is the same (I would suspect so, but would agree that its best to simply call Barclays).
My bonus miles were not posted correctly, but Barclays made it clear its for them to do on their end (which has been my experience with many other cards that offer bonus miles/points).
To their credit, Barclays customer service was very good, so should be an easy call (unlike many others out there)...
