My Hartmann 22" taken as my MM gift broke in less than a year of regular use, so I'd have to agree; take the Tumi. My Victorinox NXT 4.0 I bought when the Hartmann died has been going strong for over five years now and I've only had to replace the wheels (free) when the ball bearings wore out.
