I've seen a few references to the FGS shop on this thread and, not having seen the shop yet, I have the following questions so that I know what to expect:

1. How wide is the Rimowa range they carry? Is it fairly comprehensive? Hopefully they have some items from the Limbo or Topas range...

2. The location is described as "baggage hall B" - is it accessible from landside in T1?

3. Is the travel industry discount on all items? I am travelling with a friend who is an airport employee for an airline - will his pass be sufficient?

4. For the VAT reclaim, do I literally go upstairs, show it to the VAT stamp desk, and bring the form back? It sounds almost too simple to be true!
