It's not just the trailer trash who act badly. On an Air Canada flight from Ottawa to Toronto in the seat directly behind mine was a middle-aged businesswoman (power suit, designer glasses, Tumi brief case, etc.) who was apparently was on a tight schedule. She started yelling and swearing when take-off was delayed due to weather. When the FA came back the passenger called her a "stunned c**t" and vowed to file a complaint about her.

In Toronto, as I left the aircraft I handed the FA my business card, explained I'd heard the entire exchange and that I'd be happy to be a witness in her defense. Never heard anything about it again.
