La Vegas - is a must once in your life but one night is enough to get what Vegas is about. Take in a show, gawp the Strip at night, see how tawdry it is in daylight, that's it.
I love Las Vegas. Been going every year (for more that for a couple of nights too) for over ten years AND I do not gamble.
Great shopping, Excellent high end restaurants (do not do the buffets), trendy bars and a good selection of shows. More importantly, everyone is there to have a good time; its Disneyland for adults.
Yes, it is an artifical environment but good escapism from reality for a while. Hotel concierge just emailed me today to get my arrival details (on BA) for a complimentary stretched limo pick-up from the airport
(OK, OK, I know its in the price of the room)
