Although convenient, they wouldn't have to be located in your state. Especially if you trust the individual. May even be better than employing a stranger in your state.
This sounds quite weird and ridiculous though. This is access to your banks, CC's, profits, debts, lines of other credit...
What about your wife? I know you have kids, but are they in school full-time where your wife would have ~5 hours a day to do the hours you want?
