Use a family member. Someone you trust really well with intermittent access to your 100k/month. This just isn't any regular business.

It's going to be tough to hire someone unless they can create churn volume you're not already doing now. Otherwise their wages just cut into your 1-4% profit margin. Maybe pay them a percentage of volume.
