I had ticketed a YYZ-DFW (stop) - LHR all on AA with the first segment last Dec and the second this July. The award priced out at 20K since the itinerary started in low season. Changed the second leg a few weeks ago to Aug. Another more suitable date became available and just tried to make a change and was refused until I pay an extra 10K. Notes have been entered. Is this right?
