I say hypothetically because it appears that the OP has not searched for award availability yet. Considering you have a very specific itinerary, and leaving in 2.5 weeks, talking about "best" options may be a nonissue. try and see if there are any options at all.
ON phone with united. there was availability on all flights but sudenly website says no available and rep says same thing but being put on hold
