They were enormously hospitable to ALL guests as if everybody was Uber elite.

I assume no more ducks/duck walks if Hyatt take sover ? Or will Hyatt keep the tradition?

This may be reason to put Orlando on the consideration list to visit
Gold Passport Points and ducks?

My daughter and I used the spa here in January. the ducks were retired from the hotel; the spa was going to be be rebranded in March with some different products and services.
