I agree - its too early in the year for this. Plans can change and you may end up having to do a lot of travel the second half of the year.

Also, I think the big question is what type of travel do you plan on doing in 2015? If you plan to stay at a lot of properties that give good upgrades then I would consider doing it, but otherwise the difference between gold and plat just doesn't mean enough to me to do that.
