You should be calling an employee line to ask this. Pretty sure discussing travel benefits would be against company policy, and this forum is (occasionally) visited by AC reps.
But in answering your question, I doubt it would work. 2 different employees = 2 different reservations, 2 different PNRs, 2 different boarding priorities.
