Delta "agreement" clarification
I see this term used often, but am unsure whether it refers to everything AS-DL related, club reciprocity, ground handling/gates, or what?

Also, is any "deadline" the 1st, 15th or 31st of March? I have a DL trip mid-month, so would hate to lose Sky Priority at the last minute for cattle security and boarding.
