For Landside viewing at T5, there's a nice area at the railings out on the footpaths, at what I think is the North end of T5 (never could figure out N & S at T5). The Sofitel end, as I call it

You can look down the side of the building & depending on which runway they are using for take offs, you can get some fab views of the aircraft rotating out.
