No. No airline makes it completely pitch black dark. Obviously. But, they do dim lights a lot and have minimal "mood" lighting on, eg the AC coloured lighting system.
And that "minimal" mood lighting would no doubt be more intrusive to those pax sleeping in a contained lie flat pod/suite than those pax (who can't/won't wear an eye mask) than those J pax who wish to have their window shades in their contained pod/suite open.
