Amex Concierge- what have they done for you?
Concierge has been pretty "meh" for me for a while, but a couple weeks ago we needed dinner reservations for a group of 8 and couldn't secure them at the time and place we wanted via opentable or phone. I sent an email to the Amex concierge and they replied within for how with a confirmation for the exact place and time we wanted. I was a bit surprised, especially since the restaurant was NOT on the "Fine Dining" Amex list. We enjoyed our dinner and made it to the show right on time.
