I think we should update the post at the top. At the moment it reads "Reservations are taken on the day, sometimes the next available appointment maybe several hours away," whereas it should probably say "usually the next available appointment is several hours away" I haven't been able to get an appointment within 3 hours for ages. The facility is pretty much a first/long layover only benefit now.
