Tried to do a bill pay for first time for TY MC. I told cashier to pay to Mastercard and the cashier kept insisting the fee was $9.99. I told her it should be $1.88. She said it could be done that way but she had no idea if it would go where it is supposed to. Is there something I am doing wrong or should I just tell them next time to process using whatever method the $1.88 uses?
