If the ticket (and I assume this is all on a single ticket) was issued, then the connections meet the Minimum Connection Time (MCT) for each airport. Moreover, domestic connections are very easy -- in some airports (e.g. ITM) you arrive in a mixed arrival/departure zone, while in others　(e.g. HND, CTS, FUK) you arrival in a separate arrival zone but can transfer without passing through security.

I have never transferred at SDJ before, and few others do, but the MCT is 20 minutes and the airport is quite small, so you should be fine. ITM is a breeze. Your luggage should also be fine.

As for weather, no one can say what will happen in 2-3 weeks. However, NH will likely reroute you as necessary.
