Thanks malkie, I really appreciate little nuggets like that which I was unaware of as I am usually just connecting from the regions so am never usually landside. On my last two long haul trips I cleared the UK Border and went out for a ciggy then came back in again. The next time though I will be making an overnighter in Heathrow allowing some time for photo taking.

Excuse my ignorance but is that within walking distance of the main T5 building or can you just go on a pod there and back?
