for tomorrows flight EK140 PRG - DXB since my points were due to expire.

Three things that puzzle me now are;

1. Chauffeur pickup at DXB is available which I have (sorta booked) But the T&C,s say it must be booked at least 48hrs in advance I booked about 30hrs in advance.

2. They want my phone number, but I doubt it will work if the driver has to call me

3. They want to know which hotel I'm staying in, in DXB? I dunno since it's a Dubai Connect Service & they could put me anywhere, so I just selected the Millennium as I've stayed there with the connect service twice before (been put in other hotels too)

What's my chances guys?
