I'm currently on the phone with AS trying to change my routing SEA - DXB - DOH to SEA - IAH - DXB - DOH in order to get F.

EK's website is showing F is available out of IAH, but AS is not and the agent is unable to book the change. The representative said there's a delay in in what EK shows vs. what AS shows.

Either way, as many have noted, this is a pretty poor excuse on the part of AS IT.
