Why can I not change or ammend my flight?
So I have a flight which was booked thorugh corporate travel - LHR >JNB...

I have already flown the outbound a couple of days ago and now want to ammend the inbound....

When I logged on yesterday it gave me the choice to change my return via the website.

When I now log on, and go to change/cancel tab it says this booking has been booked by a TA and cannot be changed....

BA take 'hold' of the ticket 24 hrs prior to the outbound and it even now lets me upgrade my inbound using money which you cannot do on TA bookings unless BA have hold of the ticket...

Whats going on?
