I earned Mileage plus miles (UA) for TK flights in P class ORD-IST-BOM and return back in Feb. '12 - back in the days when P fares earned full credit. Had to manually request it, but when I did, they were added fairly quickly if I remember - think it was within a week. You don't get credit for those fares anymore, but thankfully since then, my TK flights have been in L and above.
