From what I'm seeing, you won't pay airport fees twice with separate reservations, as the facility charge is a $4 per-day charge, and the airport concession fee is 15.6%. For random sample dates, one-day rentals are pricing at CAD 75.08 and a two-day rental was pricing at CAD 150.15
One suggestion... try a different contract ID, as this can sometimes affect availability.
