I am quite tall, but not "corpulent" as far as my BMI is concerned. No sight of EK putting in premium economy service, which would at least take care of cramped seating.
OP is asking about J service, not Y, so not sure how relevant these observations are for J. EK does have smaller Y seats than QF (10 across Y on 777 vs. 9 on most other 777 Y configs).
Chauffeur drive is offered identically on all combinations of EK/QF metal and codeshare, fwiw.
