Why is baggage allowance incorrect in Manage My Booking
My wife & a friend are flying tomorrow in Club World to Dubai.

On the manage my booking info, the baggage says "3 bags at 23kg" whereas on the ba.com baggage information on the regular webpage it clearly states that Club World allowance is 3x32kg.

Which also is what I understood to be the case.

It seems like the manage my booking is simply wrong.

My wife is a Silver exec club member if that is relevant. Friend is not a BAEC member. Ordinary flights (although booked thru a travel operator with hotel, if that is relevant).

Can anyone shed any light ?
