And in response to those who are essentially saying "it's your fault," (knew I'd be getting plenty of those - keep bringing 'em on) I can tell you there was a day when an F customer asked for something small an attempt was at least made. In the case of sUA crew, that is.
And how do you know it was an sCO crew? sUA has some 739ERs as well that have no IFE in them so you can't really blame sCO for this unless you were absolutely certain you were on sCO aircraft cause you very well could've been on an sUA one.
