LH European Business is a joke. Last time I flew LX and then LH on a ZRH-DUB return for work I went Y. I got an exit row seat outbound and went to Sprüngli for a nice cup of tea on the way out. I ended up with an empty middle seat next to me, so I ended up with Business for free.

On the way back we flew with LH and I got to experience the 'Camping Chairs'. I thought I was going to break the armrest. They're absolute garbage. If I'm going to get a LCC experience, I'll go with a LCC in the future.
Thanks
greg5. Totally agree. And your exit row Y seat with an open middle was the best seat on the plane! ^

I think i've read in another TR that you only use carry-on luggage - what bags do you use and how is Mrs. SFO handling the reduced luggage policy?
greetings
Thank you
oberhammert. We both have 5-6 year old Tumi 20" rollers.
Unless there are extenuation circumstances, we will only carry-on, wear outfits multiple times and use hotel laundry as needed.
Thank you so much. We are jealous of the trip, but the report almost made up for not being there.
Thanks
brg for your kind comments.

I got to ask - does french fries from France actually taste better?

LOL on the miles. Quite a few, well into multiple 7 figures... mostly from credit card bonuses and purchases (I charge a lot of company expenses). I'll also buy LM and AS miles during the discount windows.
Those fries were great, but not necessarily any better than good restaurants back home. Thanks

Bingo. Lots of company expenses.
Thank you
