I have a friend, E50K, with 26 eups expiring on Feb 28, and has one nominee left. He would be willing to upgrade anyone who is eligible for it.

The only catch he mentioned to me is that you should be reciprocally willing to upgrade him, using your 26 eupgrades, between March 2014 and January 2015.
