Live news subtitles can be quite amusing. Can't remember whether BBC or Sky has better entertainment value.

Although things may have been improved, it's been a while since I've been in a pub with muted TV's + subtitles.

Some gyms have headsets that you can use to pick up the sound from the TV's mounted on the wall, I don't think the BA lounge offers that but in theory they might do, just never asked.
