Short story. FS Hotel. 7 Night reward stay in Caribbean I'm Plat.

2nd night. Cochroaches. Alerted hotel. Came back, room had a bug bomb. Bad chemical smell. No note regarding chemicals, changed room after 6 hours when couldn't stay in room.

Three nights later. Land Termites in closet all over floor and closet with clothes.

Offered one night stay comped (not sure how many points) and dinner. We had to change rooms again. Mgr brought up housekeeping and maintenance, said he would 'freak out' if he saw this in his room. We were not given choice to stay in room.

Mgr said laundry services not available over weekend. Not sure where else bugs are. Searching all bags.
