I will be arriving in PHX on AA from ORD, so I presume that I will be arriving in Terminal 3. I would like to go to the US Airways clubs in Terminal 4 to wait for a friend to arrive at the airport, but I notice the clubs are air-side after security. I don't have a connecting flight, as PHX is my final destination.

Is it possible to go through security and enter these lounges without another departing flight?
