I used them to send flowers to a funeral in Belgium. I had tried myself but couldn't properly communicate what we wanted. I called Plat. Amex and they handled it. The family ended up using the flowers we sent at the service - each family member pulled a flower from our arrangement and placed it on the casket. They apparently did a great job for us.
