...balsy to say the least...I try to avoid reps looking at my acct. You also cannot believe what a CSR tells you, as they will just give you any answer they think is correctwithout having a clue the true answer...so you are basically back at square one and called attention to your acct for no reason...Everyone one says DO NOT CALL for a reason
