Robbed at ATM in Amsterdam - next steps?

I went to withdraw 100 Euros and someone walking by took it. I am somewhat shaken up. Luckily they did not go for my purse, wallet, etc. - just the cash as the machine spit it out. I did not see anyone loitering and literally saw nothing about the person - next thing I knew my money was gone.

I tried calling ING but all the prompts are in dutch. I tried calling my bank (B of A) and just sat on hold. Does anyone know if I should file a police report? Should I continue to contact ING or am I SOL? Can my bank even do anything or am I SOL there too? I'm wondering what steps I can/should take next. Does anyone know? Do I just leave it or let the local authorities know?

I should have known a city which has much difficulty with foreign cards would have people ready to rob visitors at an ATM.
