All VR CS/agents I talked with yesterday (and there were a lot) told me repeatedly no blocking, no freezing, no nothing.
CS and some agent would not work with me, citing rules, rules, rules.
I prepared/emailed, 18 photos, receipt and known facts. One day later VR has not acknowledged receiving the information.
