I agree with you, it seems if an information is publicly available on the Internet, then you were just the intermediary by directing people to the information. Too bad they haven't got a Court of Appeal on Flyertalk.
As to when will this thread be closed. Two possibilities:
1) The children keep fighting each other until they finished each other off [which is like...in 1000 years maybe]
2) Randy suddenly cuts his vacation short and somehow managed to be guided here and divinly intervened [unlikely considering July 4th is coming up], so it may take a while...
