I filed a couple of cases with InComm that went nowhere, and also filed a police report. I also filed a claim with the credit card company, and while that was working its way through the system, ultimately what did it was a Better Business Bureau complaint I filed against CVS. CVS contacted me the next day and asked me to go to the store for a full refund. I also filed a complaint with the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau against InComm, but that went nowhere either.
