Just as an FYI, we had one at ORD this morning that sat for 2.5 hours and were held on board, legally allowed.

It's not simply a four hour hard stop. It is subject to safety, security and ATC exceptions. So there could be valid reasons why passengers were not allowed to disembark.

The East Coast airports were a sh*tshow yesterday.
