Both properties are maybe a block/block and a half from the Buckhead Marta station. It will be $2.50 each way on the red line. When you get in, you'll have to transfer at Lindbergh station, but it's a direct train back to the airport at the time of day you're looking to leave. I would definitely recommend the train back to the airport regardless, as traffic starts to pick up right around the time you're talking about leaving.
