Anyway, I think some East Asian carriers in their J/F classes are also lauded for their comfort foods - sate and noodle soups come to mind - which are crafty ways to keep catering costs down. Those items are associated with certain locations (i.e. the home base of an airline), so they doubly appeal to the culinary traveler.
