Posting this here as I don't think the Iberia forum gets many readers.
If a booking is made:IB; XXX-YYY Business Basic, IB; ZZZ-XXX Business Flexible.
If I fly the first leg, but then cancel the second leg, the refund follows the business basic rules since they are the most restrictive, even though I paid a higher fare.
Any experienced help would be appreciated.
